Job Description — Content Marketing
Position: Content Marketing Executive

Mandatory Requirements
English (Listening & Reading): Proficient — able to read and comprehend documents, understand briefs, and translate/adapt content from English to Vietnamese.
Basic Graphic Design: Able to create banners, posters, slides; proficient in at least one design tool (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.).
Basic Video Editing: Cut, merge, add captions/subtitles, and export videos optimized for social platforms; proficient in CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
Content Writing: Capable of writing captions, social media posts, and short blog articles; may use AI tools for assistance but must ensure quality and maintain brand voice.
Tech-savvy with Tools: Quick to learn and apply new tools/software.
Proactive & Energetic: Able to organize tasks independently, propose ideas, and collaborate effectively with the team.
Logical Thinking: Organize ideas clearly, analyze briefs, and create coherent content flows.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
Passion for or experience with puzzle games / interactive content.
Portfolio of published design, video, or written work.
Experience creating content for media, events, or campaigns in the travel/tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Produce content for social platforms (captions, posts, short blog articles).
Quickly design banners/posters and edit images for marketing and advertising purposes.
Edit short videos for social media platforms.
Optimize content workflows, manage templates, and provide tool-related technical support to the team.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide feedback to improve content and formats.
Submit periodic and ad-hoc reports to the BOD on progress, results, and content strategy proposals.
