Introduction

Destplore is a Tech & Travel startup creating immersive outdoor escape room games and audio-guided city tours that connect people to culture, history, and community stories in a fun and meaningful way. Our mission is to make cultural discovery interactive and accessible, while empowering local communities and student organizations to take part in the creative process.

Proposal

We are reaching out to Vietnamese Student Associations (VSAs) across the U.S. to form a partnership that brings our experiences to your city—while directly supporting your student organization and its future initiatives.

Partnership Overview

VSA chapters will collaborate with Destplore to:

• Co-create and test one outdoor escape room game in your city or a nearby city.
• Develop and test two audio tours that highlight local culture, landmarks, and community stories.
• Destplore will provide full creative and technical guidance, including content design templates, testing tools, and promotional support.

Benefits

• Receive a $500 donation after successfully helping to build and test the 1 experiences (1 outdoor escape) with 5+ positive review from real users.
• Receive another $500 donation after successfully helping to build and test the another set of experiences (1 outdoor escape or 2 audio tours) with 5+ positive review from real users.
• Gain practical experience in storytelling, event design, tourism, and community project management.
• Receive 80% of all future profits from these experiences in your city to fund your VSA’s future programs, cultural events, and community initiatives - provided that your team continues maintaining and updating the games if needed.
• Key contributors will receive letter of reference from Destplore's co-founders to be used in their resume.

If your VSA is interested, we would love to:

• Schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting to discuss potential cities, project timelines, and roles.
• Begin project planning within 2–3 weeks after confirmation.
• Deliver and test your city’s experiences within 2 months, supported by our team and VSA members.
